SOUTH DAKOTA CAMPAIGN FINANCE CONTRIBUTION LIMITS (SDCL 12-27)
NEW LAW: 12-27-10.4. Affiliated entities sharing single contribution limit. All political action committees established, financed, maintained, or controlled by the same person or entity, including any parent, subsidiary, branch, division, department, or local unit of the person or entity, are affiliated and share a single contribution limit under 12-27-9, both with respect to contributions made and contributions received.
