Voter Registration Deadline Approaching

Pierre, SD – Secretary of State Chris Nelson wants to remind South Dakotans that the deadline to register to vote for the Primary Election is Monday, May 17, 2004.  The Primary Election is Tuesday, June 1, 2004.

“The Primary Election is almost upon us.  Everyone deserves the right to vote,” Nelson said, “I encourage every South Dakotan to take the time to register.”
