Oklahoma added by Secretary of State
Chris Nelson to list of States entitled to South Dakota’s Concealed Weapon
Permit Reciprocity
PIERRE--Secretary of State Chris Nelson
announced today an addition to South Dakota’s reciprocity agreements for
concealed weapon permit holders from other states.
Effective October 8, 2004 the State of South
Dakota and Oklahoma will now honor each other’s concealed weapons permits.
South Dakota now has reciprocity agreements with
the following 15 states:
Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana,
Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota,
Oklahoma, Tennessee,
Utah and Wyoming.
