State Chris Nelson to list of
States entitled to South Dakota’s Concealed Weapon Permit Reciprocity
Secretary of State Chris Nelson announced today
an addition to South Dakota’s reciprocity agreements for concealed weapon
permit holders.
Effective September 30, 2004 the State of South
Dakota and Mississippi will honor each other’s concealed weapons permits.
Including Mississippi, South Dakota now has
reciprocity agreements with the following 14 states:
Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana,
Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota,
Tennessee, Utah and Wyoming.
