Uniformed Services

U.S. citizens who are members of the Uniformed Services and their family members. Uniformed Services are defined as the U.S. Armed Forces (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines and Navy), merchant marine, commissioned corps of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Overseas Citizens:

U.S. citizens who reside outside the United States.
