The owner of any farm, ranch or home in this state may register the name of a farm, ranch or home with the Secretary of State. A registered name cannot be used by another person for any other farm, ranch or home in the same county.
Application for Farm/Ranch/Home Name Registration
Instructions are available and should be read before completing the forms.
The filing fee for a Farm/Ranch/Home Name registration is $10.00.
The application must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications or applications without a filing fee will be returned to the applicant.
